Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Front of House Team Member and become the welcoming face of our lively restaurant! In this dynamic role, you'll deliver exceptional customer service, ensure smooth food and beverage operations, and create memorable experiences for every guest. Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a friendly atmosphere.
Take accurate orders using Micros POS (Point of Sale) systems, process transactions efficiently, and handle cash or card payments with precision.
Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling orders or garnishing dishes to support kitchen staff when needed.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols.
Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve guests promptly while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Support food safety practices by adhering to health regulations and ensuring proper food storage and handling.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service, serving, cashiering, or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order processing and transactions.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming environment.
Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety standards within the food industry.
Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and order calculations.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours efficiently.
Kitchen experience or food preparation skills are a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
