Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Software Developer to join our innovative technology team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge software solutions that drive our business forward. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable applications, enhance existing systems, and implement new features using a variety of programming languages and frameworks. Your expertise will help us deliver seamless digital experiences and optimize our technological infrastructure for efficiency and growth.

Duties

Develop, test, and deploy robust web applications and software solutions using languages such as JavaScript, Java, C#, Python, Ruby on Rails, C++, and VBA.
Design and implement APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) to enable smooth communication between different software components.
Maintain and improve existing systems by troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring security best practices.
Collaborate within Agile teams to plan sprints, participate in code reviews, and contribute to continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like GitHub, GitLab, SVN (Apache Subversion), Git, and Azure DevOps.
Work with cloud platforms such as AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Azure to deploy scalable applications in Linux or Windows environments.
Engage in front-end development tasks utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks, and RESTful services for intuitive user interfaces.
Manage database systems including MySQL and SQL Server to design schemas, write complex queries, and ensure data integrity.
Contribute to application development projects following Agile methodologies to promote flexibility, collaboration, and rapid delivery of features.

Experience

Proven experience in software development across multiple programming languages including JavaScript, Java, C#, Python, C++, Ruby on Rails, VBA or similar technologies.
Strong understanding of web development principles with hands-on experience building responsive front-end interfaces.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure for deploying and managing applications at scale.
Practical knowledge of database management systems like MySQL or SQL Server along with proficiency in writing optimized SQL queries.
Experience working within Agile environments utilizing tools like GitHub, GitLab, SVN or similar version control systems.
Knowledge of RESTful API design principles for integrating diverse software components seamlessly.
Ability to work effectively on Linux or Windows operating systems in a fast-paced development setting.
