Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as an Aesthetician / Patient Care Coordinator, where you will combine your passion for beauty and skincare with exceptional patient service. In this vibrant role, you will provide expert aesthetic treatments, educate clients on skincare options, and coordinate their journey to achieve their aesthetic goals. Duties

Assisted the physician with various cosmetic and aesthetic procedures.
Prepared treatment rooms and ensured all equipment and surfaces were properly
Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and treatment benefits to support their aesthetic goals
Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to strict cleanliness and sterilization protocols
Provide outstanding guest services by greeting clients warmly, answering questions, and guiding them through available treatments and products
Assist with retail sales and recommending appropriate skincare or beauty products to enhance client results
Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in guests, and handling client inquiries efficiently
Support the team with hospitality duties to ensure a welcoming environment that promotes relaxation and satisfaction

Qualifications

Proven experience as an aesthetician or in a similar beauty or skincare role
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse clients
Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining a clean treatment area
Excellent communication skills to educate clients effectively about treatments and products
Ability to multitask efficiently at the front desk while providing exceptional guest services
Passion for the beauty industry with a desire to stay current on trends and new techniques
