Marketing Coordinator
Hudson Projects – Contract Part-Time (6 - 12 months)
Location: Vancouver, BC
Salary Range: $38,000 – 48,000 per year

About the Role:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives across digital, print, and social platforms. This role is ideal for a creative marketer with a passion for social media, content creation, and brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook, through content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Build and nurture an engaged online community by responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions in a timely, professional, and on-brand manner.
- Coordinate and manage external vendors, including branding agencies, photographers, videographers, and printers.
- Develop compelling, engaging, and on-brand copy for social media, email campaigns, website content, and other marketing communications.
- Maintain and regularly update website content to ensure information is current.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of company events and marketing activations.
- Assist with invoice processing and other administrative tasks.
- Support special projects and other marketing initiatives as required.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or social media management
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Creative, proactive, and forward-thinking mindset
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with Webflow or Wordpress is considered an asset
- Photography and videography skills are considered an asset
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro is considered an asset
