We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Brantford area. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, previous inventory management experience, and the ability to work in both office and warehouse settings.

Job Description: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a sharp mindset, and proficiency in computer systems, including SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Process orders, manage data entry, and maintain accurate records in SAP.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications via phone, email, or chat.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and prompt issue resolution.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with customers and colleagues.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or similar role.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in SAP and other relevant applications.
Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Smart, resourceful, and able to make sound decisions independently.

Additional Details:

Training Period: Days for 2 weeks
Shift Timing: 2pm to 10pm Monday to Friday. Training will be on days for two weeks between 9am to 5pm or 10:00am to 6:00pm

Hourly Wage: $22.50
