The Opportunity:

Are you a skilled and motivated Security Technician looking to grow your career?

MiLo Group Ltd. is looking for a Security Technician to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, field-based role, travel is required on weekly basis.

Responsibilities and Skills include but are not limited to:

Install, program and maintain intrusion alarm, CCTV and access control systems
Installing, programming and testing ULC Fire Alarm monitoring systems
Installing conductors and cable of various types and sizes; CAT6, Banana Wire, 22/4, 18/2
Termination and testing of CAT6 cabling
Roughing in steel framed walls
Installing cabling in conduit and open ceiling spaces
Finishing and installing devices of various types
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to co-workers
Training of end-user on operation of systems
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Adhere to safety protocols
Possess willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Time Management and Leadership qualities
Computer networking knowledge

Experience, Education & Tickets:

Training and Experience in various equipment manufacture such as DSC, ICT, Kantech, Hikvision, Hanwha.
Commerical construction experience
WHIMIS
CSTS
Fall Protection
MEWP/Aerial Platform
First Aid (preferred)
Possess a valid class 5 operators license
