The Role
We are hiring an Intermediate MSP IT Technician to join our North Vancouver team.
You will handle tickets independently, manage client environments, and escalate only when appropriate. This is hands-on technical work, not a call-center helpdesk role.
Requirements (Must Have)
Do not apply unless you meet all of the following:
- 2-3 years of hands-on IT support or systems administration
- Minimum 2–3 years in an MSP or multi-client environment
- Experience with:
- Windows Server (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP)
- Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange Online)
- Backup & Disaster Recovery tools (Datto, Veeam, Acronis, or similar)
- Able to troubleshoot issues end-to-end before escalating
- Located in Canada and legally authorized to work

Responsibilities
- Handle support tickets
- Help desk support
- Troubleshoot servers, workstations, and network issues
- Support Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environments
- Assist with outages, backup restores, and recovery situations
- Communicate clearly with clinic staff
- Document all work in our ticketing system
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting dental or healthcare clinics
- Familiarity with VPNs, firewalls, and secure remote access
- Previous MSP escalation experience
Compensation
Compensation is based on actual MSP experience and technical skill.
