TF Warren Group is a premier custom paint and lining maintenance facility located in Brantford, Ontario. We are currently looking to add an experienced Industrial Painter to our growing afternoon shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Apply specialized protective coatings to heavy machinery, vessels and tanks, structural steel, and manufacturing equipment to prevent corrosion and wear
- Mix and apply multi-part industrial coatings (e.g., epoxies, polyurethanes, zinc primers) using pressure pots, electrostatic spray guns, or conventional spray methods
- Perform conventional and airless spraying
- Perform basic touch up painting using a brush or roller
- Perform power or hand sanding and light grinding as required
- Housekeeping, including keeping work area clean and free of any debris
- Strictly adhere to safety protocols, including hazardous material handling and the proper use of respiratory and personal protective equipment
- Assist employees in other positions around the facility
Essential Qualifications:
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on painting experience in manufacturing, structural steel fabrication, or industrial maintenance.
- Strong understanding of paint chemistry, coating thicknesses, and the ability to read technical blueprints and work orders.
- Proficiency with power tools, high-pressure sprayers, and specialized paint-mixing equipment.
- NACE or AMPP certification preferred
- Working at Heights and Confined Spaces certifications are an asset.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy materials, stand for long periods, and comfortably work at elevated heights or in confined spaces. (lift/push up to 50 lbs repeatedly)
- Fine motor skills to work with manual and/or power tools
- Comfortable and able to climb a ladder and work at heights up to 10 meters
- Physical capability to operate a forklift is an asset
- Ability to stand & walk continuously for 4 hours at a time
- Ability to perform moderately physically demanding work
- Ability to wear a respirator
