About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for building and operating modern digital platforms across web, mobile, and cloud environments. This role blends people leadership, Agile delivery, platform ownership, and technical strategy.
You will work closely with Product, Technology, and Business teams to deliver scalable, high-quality digital experiences while driving engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of software engineers, including performance management and career development.
Oversee delivery of Agile software projects from planning through production release.
Own platform reliability, performance, monitoring, and incident management.
Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Drive technical strategy, architecture, and modern engineering practices.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and team growth.
Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
Required Experience
5+ years leading software engineering teams.
5+ years delivering Agile application development projects.
Experience managing full lifecycle delivery (kickoff to production).
Strong background in web, mobile, cloud, and enterprise applications.
Experience with platform operations, production support, and monitoring.
Comfortable working across multiple teams, stakeholders, and time zones.
Technical Skills
Microservices and API-based architectures
Cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS acceptable)
CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
React, TypeScript, Next.js
.NET or Node.js
REST APIs and system integrations
Git-based development workflows
Application monitoring and performance tuning
Nice to Have
E-commerce, retail, hospitality, or SaaS experience
Salesforce or Adobe Experience Manager
AI-enabled solutions or platforms
Oracle, Amadeus, or enterprise system experience
TOGAF or architecture certification
Scrum Master or PMP certification
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
MBA is an asset
