We are a family run business with over 50 years of experience in the sewer maintenance and repairs industry. We do work for municipalities and large organizations all across the Niagara Regions.

Bob Robinson & Son Construction has many internal policies and procedures in place that must be followed by all team members, including management. We have an employee vacation policy, internet and technology policy as well as a safety guidelines handbook which all help us as a company ensure our obligations to our clients are met while being proactive and aware of the challenges that we face in the field.

We follow all Employment Standards set out and identified by the Federal Government of Canada and the Province of Ontario.

Job Requirements:

Must have a valid G2 or G driver’s license
Must be willing to work 10–12-hour shifts (start at 7am Monday-Friday)
Physical work includes, but is not limited to, setting up hoses and boom truck arm, lifting catch basin and manhole lids to gain access to assets, hauling of pipe to desired assets if inaccessible by truck, any other physical work instructed to do by management or the truck operator that assists our team in achieving its goals.

Opportunity for advancement for various different positions including Underground Utility Locator, CCTV Camera Operator, and Hydrovac Operator. Training is provided by Bob Robinson & Son Construction at no cost to the employee as long as other employment criteria is being met.

RRSP match ($20.00 per week maximum) after 1 year of employment
Free PPE provided after probationary period (reflective shirts, hats, coveralls, jackets, sweaters, hardhats, gloves, etc)

Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
