Work Schedule: Full-time, 4-5 days, Tuesday through Saturday (Saturday is non-negotiable)

What We’re Looking For
You'll be the driving force behind our wholesale program, helping us build strong relationships and grow our presence across Canada. You’ll be making sure our cafe, restaurant, and espresso repair friends are looked after.
What You'll Do:
- Own and grow our wholesale program, ensuring current customers are supported while identifying opportunities for expansion.
- Bring in new wholesale customers both locally and across Canada, including cafés, restaurants, coffee service providers, and repair technicians.
- Visit local wholesale partners on a regular basis to make sure we're meeting their needs, reviewing product lineups, discussing upcoming requirements, gathering feedback, and helping solve problems before they become issues.
- Act as the main point of contact for wholesale customers, building long-term relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Work closely with our purchasing and operations teams to ensure customers receive the right products on time and with minimal headaches.
- Jump into the showroom when on site, and on Saturdays, to assist customers, answer questions, and help keep the coffee flowing.
Who You Are:
- A self-proclaimed coffee addict (decaf fans welcome too!)
- A self motivated go getter with big ideas
- Bilingual with the ability to communicate in both English & French fluently
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Customer service face to face in the showroom, answering the phone and emails.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer queries and concerns promptly
- Actively seek new wholesale business and help grow and optimize the wholesale program
- Foster relationships of our current wholesale customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Non-Negotiables for Success in This Role:
- Being a team player with a positive attitude.
- Passion for coffee and eagerness to learn with an open mind; being an approachable coffee enthusiast is essential.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in the coffee industry
- Genuine enthusiasm for coming to work and contributing to a fun, engaging culture.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Fluency in both English and French, both written and verbal (we have a lot of customers in Quebec)
