As a Junior Full Stack Web Developer, you will help us build, improve, and maintain our company websites, internal tools, dashboards, inventory systems, automation workflows, and online platforms. We are looking for someone hands-on who understands web coding, can solve problems, and can make things work in a real business environment.
This role is ideal for someone who is practical, tech-savvy, and excited to work with real business needs across telecom, retail, repairs, accessories, certified pre-owned devices, and wholesale operations.

Your typical day:
Build, update, and maintain company websites and landing pages
Create internal tools for inventory, sales, wholesale, reporting, and daily operations
Work with APIs, forms, databases, dashboards, and web integrations
Fix bugs, troubleshoot issues, and improve existing systems
Help automate repetitive business tasks
Improve user experience, website speed, and overall system performance
Work closely with management to turn business ideas into working tools
Use your problem-solving skills to find practical solutions on the fly
Who you are:
You understand web coding and enjoy making things work
Self-motivated with an ability to problem solve independently
A good communicator with strong attention to detail
You are an enthusiastic learner with a desire for continual growth
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced business environment
You can take an idea and help turn it into a working website, tool, or system
You are practical, reliable, and willing to learn new technologies
Skills we are looking for:
Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, or similar tools
Basic understanding of databases
Comfortable using GitHub or similar version control tools
Ability to work with APIs and web integrations
Basic understanding of website hosting, deployment, and troubleshooting
Bonus skills:
WordPress or Shopify experience
CRM, POS, or inventory system knowledge
Automation tools
Basic UI/UX design understanding
AI tools and prompt-based development
Telecom, retail, phone repair, or e-commerce experience
