Our Cambridge, Ontario site is also home to our Novocol Pharmaceuticals division, focused on contract development and manufacturing, specializing in sterile injectable cartridge and combination product manufacturing.
We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Mechanic. The ideal candidate must be a licensed millwright and be willing to work a weekend night or Night shift to start. The weekend night shift is 10pm-6am Thursday and Friday and 6pm- 6am Saturday and Sunday the night shift is Sunday to Thursday 10PM-6AM. The team is growing and there will be an opportunity to change shifts over time as we post internally first. Maintenance Mechanics are focused on PM’s, troubleshooting, inspection, testing and repairs of machinery and equipment. We are an extremely clean environment which is climate controlled, time sensitive and heavily regulated.

We are looking for:
- 433A Millwright ticket
- Experience in a related industry such as pharma, food or cosmetics
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and understand electrical diagrams / schematics.
- GMP experience and knowledge
- Safety focused
- Strong troubleshooting and coaching skills
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
