This is a seasonal position beginning September 2026 and concluding December 31, 2026.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Setting up and clearing function rooms; ensuring requirements are correct as per the Banquet Event Order (B.E.O.).
Polishing cutlery and glassware and setting tables for meal service.
Greet conveyors and guests in the function rooms.
Serving and clearing meals.
Providing ongoing service while clearing cutlery, plates, etc…from previous courses.
Answering general guest questions and addressing concerns.
Communication any concerns regarding food quality to Banquet Manager/Assistant.
Complete side duty and cleaning lists as required.
Perform all duties in a safe manner according to established safe work practices.
Report any accidents, injuries, near misses and/or hazardous conditions.
Other related duties as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

HOURS OF WORK: Days of the week vary according to business levels. Shift can range between 5:00am - 2:00am; weekends and holidays required.

REPORTS TO: Assistant Outlets Manager, Director of Food & Beverage
