Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Server/Cashier and become the heart of a lively, customer-focused environment! Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing
Prepare and serve food items according to safety and quality standards, including basic food preparation tasks
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments via POS systems
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling surfaces in compliance with food safety regulations
Assist in food delivery from kitchen to tables, ensuring timely service and proper presentation
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables efficiently without compromising quality

Experience

Prior food service experience or restaurant background preferred but not required; training provided for motivated learners
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is a plus
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Experience in food preparation or kitchen work is advantageous but not mandatory
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
