We are looking for a highly curious, technically minded, AI-driven individual to join our team as an AI Systems & Marketing Associate. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is passionate about AI, automation, creative systems, and emerging technology.
This is not a traditional marketing role.
You will work directly with leadership to research, build, test, and manage AI-powered systems that support marketing, sales, content creation, reporting, presentations, video production, and operational workflows across the company.
If you spend your free time experimenting with AI tools, building automations, testing workflows, or following the latest developments in generative AI — we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and manage AI-powered marketing and sales workflows
- Research and test emerging AI tools and platforms
- Develop systems for generating:
- presentations and sales decks
- videos and motion content
- voiceovers and audio assets
- training materials
- social content and campaign concepts
- retailer and internal marketing materials
- Structure prompts, automations, templates, and reusable workflows
- Assist with AI agent setup, testing, optimization, and deployment
- Troubleshoot workflows, APIs, prompts, and integrations
- Organize and maintain AI-generated asset libraries
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams
- Continuously improve output quality, efficiency, and scalability
What We’re Looking For (Required)
- Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technology
- Basic coding ability (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
- Comfortable working with APIs, workflows, and automation tools
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to learn independently
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Bonus Points If You Have Experience With
- OpenAI / ChatGPT APIs
- Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs
- Zapier, Make, n8n
- Airtable, Notion
- Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- AI video or voice generation tools
- Workflow automation
- GitHub or basic version control
- Prompt engineering or agent workflows
