We are currently looking to fill the position of Painter to work within our properties in Kitchener/Waterloo/Guelph, Ontario.

Status: This is a newly created position to support current and future operational needs.
ABOUT THE ROLE
TerraCorp Management, is looking for a Painter to be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing materials, and applying paint or finishes to ensure high-quality results.
As the Painter you will:
- Provide diligent and quality workmanship
- Cover and protect all surfaces (interior and/or exterior)
- Prep paint surface areas – sand and scrape (to smooth and even surface)
- Dry wall repair, filing holes and caulking where needed
- Prime/seal as required
- Apply 2 coats (min.) of paint to surfaces as required
- Installation, removal, and repair of wallpaper on walls and columns
- Site clean-up (daily)
- Setting up and use of ladders and scaffolding
- Focus on task completion in a timely manner without compromising quality
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- 3 to 5 years’ experience with paint, plaster and wallpaper
- Great attention to detail
- Customer service oriented
- Good communication skills, to ensure items are addressed as needed
- Ability to work independently and self motivated
- Positive attitude and team player
- Must have their own vehicle (mileage compensated)

Salary range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 per hour. We offer the following benefits:
