We're looking for a Personal Brand Videographer & Content Creator to help document, produce, and grow the public profile of Jared Falk, Musora, and our family of music brands.
This role is part videographer, part editor, part producer, and part content strategist.
You will work closely with Jared Falk to capture the real-day-to-day process of building a music education and entertainment company. Your job is to identify interesting stories, meaningful moments, lessons, and behind-the-scenes experiences, and produce commentary on important music culture moments, then transform them into engaging content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
This is not a traditional videographer role where you simply wait for assignments. We are looking for someone who is passionate about content creation, understands how audiences consume content online, and is excited about helping build a personal brand and company profile through consistent, authentic storytelling.
You will have significant access, creative freedom, and responsibility. The right person must be a self-starter, proactive, curious, and creative, constantly thinking about what should be filmed next, and determined to keep the content stream flowing.
What You’ll Do (Key Duties):

Film the day-to-day activities of Jared Falk and the Musora team, including meetings, studio sessions, artist collaborations, travel, events, and spontaneous moments

Capture authentic behind-the-scenes content without disrupting the natural energy of the environment

Plan and execute video shoots when specific content opportunities are identified

Operate cameras, audio equipment, lighting, and production gear in a variety of real-world environments

Travel when required to capture important events, partnerships, and company initiatives

Edit long-form YouTube content

Create short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other social platforms

Maintain high production standards while working quickly and efficiently

Add graphics, titles, motion elements, music, and other finishing touches where appropriate

Manage content organization, media storage, and post-production workflows

Help build the personal brand of Jared Falk and increase awareness of Musora and its family of music brands

Proactively generate content ideas, storylines, series concepts, and creative opportunities

Stay current on platform trends, content formats, audience behaviour, and best practices

Review performance metrics and identify what content is working, what isn't, and where opportunities exist

Collaborate on content roadmaps, publishing schedules, and growth strategies

Contribute ideas that support audience growth, engagement, brand awareness, recruiting, and business objectives

Work closely with teams across Musora, including Marketing, Product, Education, Artist Relations, and Leadership

Build positive relationships with artists, partners, instructors, and team members

Represent Musora professionally while filming in a variety of environments

Contribute creative ideas and production approaches that elevate the quality and effectiveness of our content
What We’re Looking For (Who you are; skills, knowledge, abilities and more!):

Strong camera operation skills with an understanding of composition, lighting, framing, and storytelling

Strong audio recording skills, including experience with lavalier microphones, handheld microphones, and field audio capture

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro

Experience producing content for YouTube and social media platforms

Strong understanding of audience retention, storytelling structure, pacing, and engagement

Experience reviewing analytics and using data to inform creative decisions

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience producing content with creators, entrepreneurs, educators, artists, or public personalities is an asset

Eligible for a US work visa
