Business Development Executive – Industrial Sales - (Pitt Meadows) BC - $85 to 100K base + Commissions, Car Allowance + Full Benefits

Our client, a leader in their industry is looking for Sales Executive to accelerate new customer acquisition and revenue growth. This is a true HUNTER ROLE.

You will identify high-potential prospects, build strong relationships, and position their solutions to meet their business needs. As a key member of our B2B sales team, you will help expand their customer base and drive market penetration. VALUE SELLING, Discipline Sales Process, CRM Management!

Key Responsibilities

New Business Acquisition

Identify, qualify, and secure new customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
Execute strategic sales plans and build a strong pipeline.
Lead discovery meetings, understand customer needs, and deliver tailored proposals and presentations.

Pipeline & Sales Execution

Maintain accurate CRM tracking and forecasting.
Manage deals through the full sales cycle and consistently close business.
Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market gaps to refine strategy and uncover new opportunities.
Lead pricing and contract discussions to win profitable deals.
Support smooth onboarding and early customer success.
Partner with marketing, category management, operations, and customer service to execute campaigns and support new accounts.
Track KPIs and adjust strategies based on data and customer feedback.
Build early relationships with new accounts to support strong start-up and transition.

Qualifications

Education

Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience

Minimum 3 + years new business development experience. Industrial sales experience preferred. Manufacturing, construction, food processing industries are an asset.
