Full job description

We are looking for a positive and self driven Estimator to join our fast growing Team! We are looking for someone who is customer focused, pays close attention to detail, and is able to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.

Your day-to-day:

Examine damaged vehicles to determine extent of structural, body, mechanical or interior damage
Complete appraisals and negotiate with insurance company’s on proper repair methods and pricing
Submit supplements in a timely manner and provide appraisers with all required photos and documentation
Establish and maintain good working relationships with insurance appraisers
Monitor daily productivity of all assignments and corresponding records
Monitor progress and completion of vehicles in the shop, ensuring that proper repair and safety procedures are followed

What you need:

Minimum of 2 years direct experience either appraising automobile physical damages or working within an imaging desk role
Possess technical knowledge of auto body collision and mechanical repairs
Thorough knowledge of Mitchell and Autodex electronic imaging/estimating system
Must have a good working knowledge of the collision industry and “DRP” practices/guideline
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to provide superior customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
