A key role in leading our Calgary warehouse team and keeping daily operations efficient, organized, and on schedule.
CONDITIONS
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, with shifts scheduled between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
MISSION
Perform and coordinate daily warehouse activities, guide and support employees, and ensure operational priorities are completed safely, accurately, and on time.
️DESCRIPTIOn
- Perform picking, packing, replenishment, receiving, and other warehouse duties. Help organize daily tasks and support employees on the warehouse floor.
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and order accuracy.
- Train new employees on procedures, equipment, and safety requirements.
- Address operational issues and communicate concerns to management.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workplace.
REQUIRED PROFILE
- At least two years of warehouse or distribution experience.
- Previous team lead, lead-hand, or supervisory experience.
- A hands-on leadership style and the willingness to work alongside the team.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using warehouse systems, performance indicators, and handheld scanners.
- Good spoken and written English; French is an asset.
- Automotive-parts or inventory-management experience is an asset.
