What You’ll Be Doing:

Recruiting & Hiring Administration

Post open positions to internal and external job boards and company recruiting platforms.
Review resumes and applications to identify candidates meeting minimum qualifications and escalate qualified candidates to hiring managers and Human Resources.
Coordinate candidate communication, including initial outreach, interview scheduling, follow‑ups, and offer logistics.
Schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders and maintain interview calendars.
Prepare interview materials and assist with basic hiring documentation.
Coordinate pre‑employment testing and employment verifications as required.
Track completion of pre‑hire requirements and follow up with candidates and vendors as needed.
Prepare and process new‑hire paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Onboarding & Orientation Coordination

Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including start dates, system access requests, and onboarding schedules.
Facilitate or support new‑hire orientation sessions and ensure required documentation is completed.
Partner with payroll, IT, and supervisors to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Maintain onboarding checklists and ensure timely completion of all onboarding tasks.

HR Administration & Support

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR files.
Assist with data entry and updates in HRIS and recruiting systems.
Support HR team with administrative tasks related to employee changes, reporting, audits, and compliance tracking.
Respond to basic employee and candidate inquiries and direct more complex matters to appropriate HR staff.
Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Perform other HR and administrative duties as required.

Who We’re Looking For:

Post‑secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred;
Proficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of computer software applications;
Excellent spelling, grammar, and written communication skills; and
Excellent telephone and oral communication skills.
