We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Junior IT Support Technician to join our growing IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build hands-on experience supporting modern workplace technologies in a fast-paced business environment. The successful candidate must reside in the Greater Calgary Area and be available to work fully on-site.
Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support for end users across hardware, software, and network-related issues
Support and administer:
Google Workspace
Microsoft 365
Microsoft Entra ID
Microsoft Intune
Perform Windows 11 imaging, deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including user account setup and device provisioning
Manage IT assets and support device lifecycle management processes
Maintain accurate documentation within the ITSM platform Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when required Ensure devices comply with company security and management policies
Qualifications :
1–2 years of IT support or help desk experience.
Experience with:
Google Workspace administration
Microsoft 365 administration
Microsoft Entra ID
Microsoft Intune
Windows 11 deployment and imaging Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticket management workflows. Understanding of device lifecycle management best practices. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. Those with valid driver’s license will have preferential consideration.
Requirements
Must reside in the Greater Calgary Area (No relocation assistance available)
Must be able to work in office and on-site full-time.
Be available to travel up to 20% of the time.
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Preference given to those who possess:
Google certifications (Associate Google Workspace Administrator, Associate Cloud Engineer, Associate Cloud Engineer)
Microsoft certifications (MD-102, MS-900, AZ-900, etc.) Experience with endpoint security tools Experience supporting mobile device management (MDM)
