About the Role
Okotoks Toyota and HRT Motors are looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager and the New and Used Vehicle Sales Managers, you'll be responsible for creating high-quality photo and video content for our new and pre-owned inventory, maintaining website.
This position focuses on professional inventory photography and videography, website content management, social media content creation, and providing marketing support for dealership events and other initiatives as needed.
Inventory Marketing & Digital Merchandising
A primary responsibility of this role is ensuring every new and pre-owned vehicle is professionally presented online.
Responsibilities include:
- Photograph all new and pre-owned vehicle inventory according to dealership standards.
- Capture professional walkaround videos for every new and pre-owned vehicle.
- Edit photos and videos for digital use.
- Upload vehicle photos and videos to the dealership websites using the D2C Media platform.
- Upload vehicle walkaround videos to the dealership's YouTube channel.
- Organize and maintain digital photo and video libraries according to dealership standards.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and the New and Used Vehicle Sales Managers to prioritize newly arrived inventory for photography and video production.
- Ensure all inventory media is captured accurately, professionally, and in a timely manner.
Social Media & Marketing Support
- Assist the Marketing Manager with creating photo and video content for the dealership's social media platforms as required.
- Capture photos and video content featuring new and pre-owned vehicles, dealership staff, customer deliveries, service offerings, dealership culture and community involvement.
- Assist with creating reels, stories and other short-form content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Provide photography and videography support during dealership events, sponsorships, promotions and community initiatives as required.
- Assist with creating and publishing approved social media content in accordance with the dealership's marketing strategy.
- Maintain consistent dealership branding and content standards across all marketing materials.
- Stay current with social media trends and share creative content ideas with the Marketing Manager.
Marketing & Event Support
- Assist with dealership events, grand openings, sponsorships and community initiatives.
- Assist with additional marketing projects and duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a creative eye for photography, videography and visual storytelling.
- Takes pride in producing high-quality, professional images and videos.
- Experience using Canva, CapCut, or similar creative software.
- Has strong attention to detail and consistently delivers accurate, polished work.
- Is organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Basic understanding of branding, digital marketing and social media best practices.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is dependable, punctual and self-motivated.
This position supports both Okotoks Toyota and HRT Motors in High River.
Regular travel between both dealership locations is required to photograph vehicle inventory, capture marketing content, support events, and assist with marketing initiatives.
A valid Class 5 Driver's License and a reliable personal vehicle are required, as driving between dealership locations is a regular part of this position.

Compensation will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
