We are actively hiring Emergency Department and Medical-Surgical Travel Nurses for immediate and ongoing contracts.

Position Overview

As a Travel Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver high-quality patient care across Emergency Department and Medical-Surgical units. You will adapt quickly to new environments, collaborate with local healthcare teams, and uphold strong clinical standards while supporting critical staffing needs.

Positions Available

Emergency Department RNs
Medical-Surgical RNs

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive patient assessments and triage as required
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
Manage acute and chronic patient conditions efficiently and professionally
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Adapt quickly to new clinical settings, protocols, and workflows

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with the Nova Scotia College of Nursing (NSCN)
Minimum 2–3 years recent experience in:
Emergency Department OR
Medical-Surgical / Acute Care
Current BLS certification (ACLS/TNCC preferred for Emergency roles)
Experience working in fast-paced hospital environments
Willingness to travel within Nova Scotia
Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
