What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems with precision, care, and professionalism.
- Recommend sustainable, practical solutions tailored to each customer’s unique needs.
- Spot opportunities to offer service options that add value – no shortcuts or unnecessary upsells.
- Keep your service van organized, fully stocked, and ready for smooth, efficient service calls.
- Grow your skills through hands-on experience, ongoing training, and mentorship programs.
- Collaborate across departments, contributing to FOX’s growing, dynamic workplace.
What You Bring
- Red Seal Plumber, apprentice, or eligibility to take the certification exam.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Meticulous attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to safely handle occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs).
