The challenges that await you
Under the supervision of the division head – payroll, internal control, and group insurance, you will be responsible for monitoring accounts receivable related to workplace accident files (SAAQ and IVAQ). In addition, you will perform certain tasks related to the payroll of employees who are on disability.
- Ensure follow-up on the collection of income replacement benefits following a workplace accident;
- Perform reconciliation and analysis of CNESST, SAAQ, and IVAQ files, identifying and addressing discrepancies;
- Ensure billing and recovery from employees and CNESST of amounts receivable;
- Calculate waiting periods for employees on long-term disability;
- Perform complex payroll calculations related to the remuneration of employees under CNESST, SAAQ, and IVAQ:
- Transfer payroll files from CNESST to illness and from illness to CNESST;
- Calculate amounts to recover or pay to employees from SAAQ and IVAQ files;
- Close CNESST files.
The ideal profile for us
- Hold a DEC in accounting or relevant training;
- Have a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience;
- Able to work with complex computer systems;
- Ability to work in a team with various internal and external stakeholders.
