Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team on a party time / as needed basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of residential properties, cottages and Air BnB ensuring a high standard of service for our clients. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic are highly valued. Candidates should possess skills in cleaning and customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional quality and time management

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces and laundry
Prepare and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety
Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
Communicate professionally with clients
Maintain organized work areas and ensure all cleaning tasks meet quality standards
Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, respectful, and attentive to client requests
Follow safety protocols and adhere to health guidelines during all cleaning activities

Requirements

Proficiency in English
Prior experience in residential cleaning is preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting light loads, and bending as needed
Reliable vehicle is a must***
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing outstanding service
Long term intent
Must be willing to travel between Peterborough and Apsley as needed

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
