About the Assistant General Manager Role:

This is a full-time Salaried Management position reporting directly to the GM
As the Assistant General Manager, you work directly with the General Manager to lead all aspects of the business
You are responsible for sales growth, cost controls, adherence of all standards, development & retention of your team, repairs & maintenance
The two primary goals for the business are; Profitable growth in Guest counts & greater retention of Team Members
Drive Service team participation in ongoing learning via our online learning system

Assistant General Manager Earnings & Perks:

$63,000 - $72,000 annual salary
