Full job description

Job Summary
Craft Butcher south Georgian Bay is looking for a farm to table chef. Bones to stock to pies to stews and real cooking. We are also looking for a front retail shop food person. Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in food preparation or kitchen work, is preferred
Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
Experience with butchery or meat cutting is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary
Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and safety standards are met consistently
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork
Prior experience with packaging or similar roles within the food sector is advantageous
Must be able to adhere to all health and safety guidelines related to food handling and sanitation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
