As a Project Manager - Exteriors, you are the technical anchor on the ground, taking ownership of active jobsites from pre-project preparation through final closeout. You ensure every job moves safely, accurately, and on schedule while delivering a dependable experience to our customers.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Conduct pre-job reviews, verify materials, assess jobsite readiness, and prepare homeowners for production day.
- Oversee active jobsites, monitor scope adherence, verify quality standards, and enforce safety compliance.
- Manage day-of project changes, prepare change orders in the system, and explain value clearly to clients.
- Perform final quality inspections, deliver completion reports, collect payment, and secure five-star reviews.
- Manage material gap sheets, approve daily crew timecards, and ensure 100% audit-ready project records.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in roofing, siding, and eavestrough projects in the field.
- Strong technical understanding of exterior installation standards, jobsite safety, and quality control.
- Proficiency using mobile devices and software for real-time field documentation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead crews and resolve customer concerns calmly.
- Valid driver's license, clean abstract, and willingness to travel between assigned regional jobsites.

Schedule
