Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while handling transactions efficiently. Your ability to communicate effectively and create a welcoming environment will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision.
Provide information about products and services, promoting upselling opportunities.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Address customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves as needed.
Utilize phone etiquette to manage incoming calls and provide assistance.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.

Skills

Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Proven customer service experience with a focus on building relationships.
Ability to sell products and services through effective upselling techniques.
Proficiency in operating POS systems for transaction processing.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Sales experience is a plus, contributing to overall store performance.
Bilingual abilities (English plus another language) are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base.
