As the organization continues to grow, they are seeking a Marketing Generalist to lead marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, support business growth, and deliver impactful campaigns across digital and traditional channels. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping marketing strategy while working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns that support business growth, hotel chain programs, and product launches.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop marketing priorities that align with organizational objectives.
- Evaluate campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend data-driven marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the company website using Adobe Commerce, ensuring content remains current, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
- Manage brand consistency across digital, print, email, and social media channels.
- Lead email marketing initiatives using Klaviyo while continuously improving customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.
- Oversee the creation of product catalogues, sales collateral, advertising materials, and promotional content.
- Review marketing copy, product descriptions, and creative assets to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
- Coordinate the work of designers, freelancers, photographers, and external vendors to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Manage multiple concurrent marketing initiatives while balancing competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Utilize Monday.com to oversee project planning, resource allocation, and workflow management.
- Partner closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to execute marketing initiatives that support revenue growth.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior marketing team members while fostering collaboration across departments.
- Lead the preparation and execution of marketing materials for trade shows, customer events, and promotional activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, increase operational efficiency, and strengthen customer engagement.
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
- 3+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within a B2B, manufacturing, hospitality, or product-focused environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading marketing campaigns and managing cross-functional projects.
- Strong proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite; InDesign experience is considered an asset.
- Experience managing website content using Adobe Commerce or similar CMS platforms.
- Experience with Klaviyo or comparable email marketing platforms.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management software such as Monday.com.
- Experience analyzing campaign performance and marketing metrics is considered an asset.
- Strong leadership and project management abilities.
- Excellent communication, editing, and copywriting skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to lead multiple projects while building strong relationships across departments and with external partners.
