Responsibilities
You’ll greet clients, manage the front desk, coordinate appointments, handle payments, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll need to be professional, warm, and unshakably dependable.
- Greet and assist patients warmly
- Book, confirm, and adjust appointments (JaneApp)
- Answer phones, voicemails, and emails with clarity and care
- Process payments and insurance
- Create posture reports and assist with health education
- Keep the space tidy and calm
- Support occasional workshops and community events
Must-Haves
- A warm, welcoming personality, you're naturally kind, caring, and make others feel at ease.
- Very strong spoken English and clear writing skills
- Comfortable discussing payments with patients.
- Consistently reliable and organized
- Can work between 9:00 AM and 7:45 PM on weekdays (shifts can be flexible, and most will either be approx. 9am to 2pm or 1:30pm-7:30pm).
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in customer service, front desk, hospitality, or health clinics
- Familiarity with JaneApp
- A love of health, movement, or holistic care
- Interest in chiropractic, massage therapy, or psychology
- Live within 15 minutes' walking distance or easy access by transit
Hours
We are currently hiring for part-time with shifts, between: 9:00 AM – 7:45 PM (latest finish)
Monday to Friday (flexible scheduling around 20–30 hours/week)
Compensation
$19/hour to start
Staff chiropractic care is available
