The Bilingual Operations Coordinator supports the success of the Appraisal Centre of Excellence by coordinating day-to-day appraisal activities and improving process efficiency. This role focuses on managing and optimizing internal appraisal workflows to ensure timely , consistent, and high-quality service delivery while supporting operational effectiveness.
