Next Level Directional Drilling Inc. specializes in underground telecommunication work, with emphasis on precision, safety, and efficiency. What You’ll Do:

Operate mini excavators for various projects, including trenching, backfilling, grading, and site preparation
Work closely with crews to ensure safe and efficient project completion
Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment
Adhere to all safety standards and procedures at all times

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 1+ years operating mini excavators (preferred)
AZ or AR license is required
Valid driver’s license is required
Skills: Strong attention to detail, safety-focused, and teamwork-oriented
