Classification: Full Time / Part Time Seasonal
(must be available to work any shift including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
Compensation: $17.85 per hour.
Opportunity to collect gratuities based on exceptional service.

Overlooking beautiful Mara Lake, in the summer paradise of Sicamous BC, our mission is to deliver a memorable dining experience to our members and guests. We take pride in our innovative menu offerings, handcrafted cocktails, and inviting environment.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Restaurant Server. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will have the opportunity to deliver outstanding service to our guests while also showcasing your cocktail creation skills behind the bar. Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items and drink selections
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, wines, and other beverages
- Ensure that all drinks are made to our established recipes and presentation standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or special requests
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders
- Ensure that all food and drink items are rung in accurately and payments are processed according to our company standards
- Ensure that restaurant reservations are recorded thoroughly and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and bar, including clearing and sanitizing tables, stocking supplies and cleaning glassware and smallware
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server and or bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service techniques, including wine and cocktail preparation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work with composure under pressure
- Serving it Right certification
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- To serve alcohol in BC you must be 19 years of age
