Job Overview

The Water Store Collingwood is one of the leading companies in our field in the area. We are hiring a talented Retail Sales Associate professional to join our team. If you're excited to be part of a winning team, Water Store Collingwood is a great place to grow your career.

We offer training to receive the proper knowledge to assist customers with their water questions.

Responsibilities for Retail Sales Associate

Greet guests and answer questions regarding water treatment equipment
Maintain a well-organized and orderly storefront that aligns with our company's image
Introduce customers to current discounts and offers within the store to promote both sales and brand awareness
Properly process sales and returns in the POS
Assist customers with their in-store purchases
Ensure the stockroom is organized and orderly
Assist customers with their water fills and package sales

Qualifications for Retail Associate

Prior customer service experience preferred
Punctuality and accountability when arriving at work and closing out cash registers nightly
Attention to detail is essential for building and stocking displays to company standards
Friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to work in a group and contribute to a smoothly flowing experience for all customers
A detailed understanding of products or services solid and the ability to correctly answer customer questions as needed
Ability to multitask and balance the needs of several customers at once is mandatory
Basic math skills are needed to accurately close out transactions and provide change to customers
Ability to spend an extended period working in a standing position
Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Job Type: Part-time

Part-time hours: 18-24 hours per week

Salary $20.00 to $22.00 per hour

Additional pay: Commission on specific sales

Schedule:

6 to 8 hour shift between the hours of 9:30 am and 6:00 pm
Day shift
Evenings, Sundays and. Holidays off

Expected start date: asap

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
