- Hours: Immediate AFTERNOON Hours Available (UP TO 15 hours to start)
- Requirement: Must have a reliable vehicle and current Vulnerable Sector Check conducted within the last year.

We are seeking dependable, energetic Supervised Behavioural Clinicians (SBCs) to provide 1:1 behavioural therapy to neurodivergent children and youth in Durham Region.

THE ROLE
As a self-employed Supervised Behavioural Clinician with Everyday Behavioural Services, you will:
- Deliver individualized 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community settings
- Implement structured behavioural programs with accuracy and consistency
- Collect objective, real-time data during every session
- Complete thorough, professional daily session notes in JANE App
- Communicate proactively with your supervising RBA and therapy team
- Prepare timely program materials (paid prep time and material reimbursement included)
- Maintain predictable attendance once scheduled with a family
While SBCs work independently in home and community settings, they do so within a strict clinical supervision framework. Therapists are entrusted to manage their sessions effectively and connect creatively with clients, while executing the clinical programs exactly as designed by the supervising RBA. All clinical data and progress tracking are reviewed to ensure compliance and client outcomes; a genuine willingness to receive guidance and apply feedback is essential.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Education/Experience: Autism, Behaviour Therapy, Child Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of ABA experience preferred.
- Vulnerable Sector Police Check: Issued within the last 12 months
- Crisis Prevention Training: Valid certification (e.g., CPI, BMS, CPRI, Safe Management Group, or equivalent)
- Transit: Reliable vehicle and a valid driver's licence are required.
- Tools: Smartphone, computer, reliable printer, and a personal laminator.
- Certifications: Current CPR and First Aid.
- Ethics: Understanding of and adherence to the Standards of Professional Conduct set by the CPBAO.
- Professional Liability Insurance: Must hold a valid policy (or be willing to obtain it).
