Victoria Landing Retirement Residence located in Manitoba is now accepting resumes for the position of:

FULL -TIME TEMPORARY LEASING COORDINATOR

Immediately available until end of August 2026 with possibility of extension

Days, Evenings and Weekends

Position Summary
The Temporary Leasing Coordinator supports the leasing and occupancy goals of the property by assisting prospective tenants, coordinating rental activities, processing applications, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to rental inquiries and schedule/show available units.
Assist prospective tenants throughout the leasing process.
Process rental applications and prepare lease documentation.
Coordinate move-ins and move-outs.
Maintain accurate leasing records and resident files.
Provide support to residents and address inquiries professionally.
Assist with marketing vacant units and maintaining occupancy levels.
Perform general administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, administration, leasing, or property management preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
