Tillsonburg & Area Plumbing and Heating Services. We have been in the plumbing and heating business since 1993, serving Tillsonburg and Norfolk County, Oxford County, Elgin County and Brant County. Our staff are fully licensed in plumbing, heating and air conditioning. We offer Heating, A/C, Plumbing and Drain Cleaning Service, Renovation and New Installation for Residential, Commercial and Agriculture businesses

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Plumbing Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of a thriving residential plumbing and HVAC business generating approximately $6 million in annual revenue and serving a large, established customer base.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a proven leader who is passionate about operational excellence, team development, customer satisfaction, and business growth. In addition to a competitive compensation package, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to earn ownership in the business and participate directly in its long-term success.

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the plumbing and HVAC division.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of technicians and support staff.
Drive operational efficiency, revenue growth, and profitability.
Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Support recruitment, training, and retention initiatives.
Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and teamwork.
Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve branch and company goals.

Qualifications

5+ years of senior leadership experience within plumbing, HVAC, home services, or related trades.
Strong business acumen with the ability to manage performance, profitability, and growth.
Excellent communication, coaching, team-building skills, and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license and plumbing License.
Ability to successfully pass a background check.
Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Compensation

Competitive salary of $80,000–$110,000 annually, based on experience.
$25,000 signing bonus for the successful candidate.
Performance-based bonus incentives tied to branch success.
Opportunity to earn 15% ownership in the location, vesting after one year.
Long-term career growth and leadership development opportunities.

Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
