Jacoby & Games CPAs is looking for a new CPA articling student by September 2026. We invite you to apply if you are interested in working in a small tight knit office that is preapproved by BC CPA.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, progressive, inclusive public practice accounting firm where your contribution counts.
At Jacoby & Games CPAs we offer a full range of accounting and taxation services to owner-managed businesses and families in the Greater Victoria area. We are a small CPA firm with ten employees of which three are CPA BC articling students.
We value everyone's contributions and strive to create an inclusive, collaborative work environment. Our office does not hold billable hours over your head - our goal is to grow the firm by offering long-term, stable employment in a relaxed office environment. We hope this encourages people to establish relationships with colleagues and clients.
From two current employees:
· “For me, one of the key initial draws to Jacoby & Games was its smaller size and general orientation toward serving local clientele. I believe a smaller firm offers a more personal, supportive, and well-rounded work experience. I also value being part of a tight-knit team/group, where it feels like my presence matters and is appreciated. It was also important to me to find a workplace where I could see myself happily staying throughout, and beyond, my training to become a CPA” (Cimon, with us for over three years)
· “Each day at Jacoby & Games offers a unique experience, with diverse tasks and new challenges to tackle. I enjoy collaborating with excellent partners and staff.” (Doug, with us for over 26 years).
We offer stable, long-term employment, competitive wages, and a relaxed atmosphere in a well-established practice. We are looking for a long-term employee with growth potential.
