Job Description

We are looking for a HR Administrator/Recruiter to join our team. The HR Administrator/Recruiter's responsibilities will include managing the recruiting process, onboarding, and orientation for new hires. This position will work Monday through Friday.

Job Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit for the role and culture
Collaborate with managers to understand department needs and develop job descriptions
Maintain and update job postings
Organize and coordinate new hire onboarding process to ensure seamless transition for new employees
Prepare and send onboarding documentation and ensure completion of necessary forms, contracts, and policies
Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company culture, values, and policies
Assist in HR projects related to employee engagement, performance reviews, and workforce planning
Provide administrative support for various HR functions (benefits, employee queries, etc.)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields is a plus
Talent acquisition and recruiting experience
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and internal stakeholders
Ability to conduct interviews
Familiarity with employee relations and training & development practices
