Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dishwasher/Dietary Aide to join our team. This role is vital in supporting the dietary operations and ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient environment for patient care. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service within a healthcare setting.

Duties

Responsible for cleaning dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment following established sanitation protocols.

Maintain cleanliness of dietary areas, including dining rooms and food storage spaces.
Support the dietary team by organizing supplies and managing inventory levels efficiently.
Adhere to safety guidelines and proper handling procedures for food and cleaning chemicals.
Communicate effectively with wellness staff and other healthcare professionals regarding patient dietary needs.
Support patient care activities related to nutrition, including assisting with meal tray setup when necessary.
Follow all policies related to infection control, safety, and confidentiality.

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: $17.75 per hour
