Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in hospitality or hotel settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
Operate multi-line phone systems to answer calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance guest experiences.
Maintain front desk operations by keeping the area organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction during their stay.
Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Proficiency in phone etiquette and effective communication techniques.
Experience working at the front desk in a hotel or similar environment is highly desirable.
Ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
Knowledge of hospitality standards and practices related to guest services.
