Full job description

Promoitalia Pacific Aesthetics Corp is seeking full-time Executive Assistant.

Position:

Executive Assistant (NOC 12100)

Number of Positions:

Terms of employment:

Full-time, Permanent

Educational Requirements:

Completion of secondary school

Job requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience in a related administrative occupation is required

- Ability to use a computer and Microsoft Office (Word. Excel, PowerPoint), MS Windows, and google document/sheet, database software, Salesforce, Odoo

- Knowledge in any CRM Software

Other requirements:

Business trip (within Canada and/or abroad) may required

Language Requirements:

English

Start date:

ASAP

Wage:

$37.00/hour

Hours:

35 hours per week

Benefits:

10 days paid vacation per year
10 days paid sick leave per year
Bonus maybe provided depending on company sales

Job Duties:

- Provide high-level administrative and logistical support to the Director, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting arrangements across North America and internationally.

- Establish and coordinate internal administrative procedures to support efficient operations for the director.

- Analyze and summarize incoming correspondence, reports, and submissions, and assist in drafting executive briefs and presentations.

- Prepare and organize agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up documentation for executive and board-level and other meetings while managing confidential documentation.

- Represent the Director in routine communications with internal teams, external partners, special interest groups, and international offices, including headquarters in Italy.

- Liaise with stakeholders, including corporate partners and global branches, to support the Director’s initiatives and ensure the timely flow of information and smooth communication across time zones.

- Conduct research and compile data for use in strategic planning, reporting, and decision-making by the Director.
