Lakes District Maintenance Inc. is seeking a Field Superintendent to support and collaborate with the Superintendent and Foremen within Service Area 24. This position plays a critical role in planning, coordinating, and optimizing day-to-day highway and bridge maintenance operations to ensure contract deliverables are met or exceeded.
Reporting directly to the Superintendent, the Field Superintendent provides hands-on leadership in the field, supports operational decision-making, and ensures compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in highway maintenance, civil construction, or infrastructure operations.

Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a field-based environment.

Strong understanding of MoTT standards, contract-driven operations, and maintenance practices (preferred).

Knowledge of safety management systems and quality management principles.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote or northern work environment.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Valid Class 5 driver’s licence (higher class considered an asset).
