The Customer Service Insurance Agent role supports Interior Saving’s vision by developing valuable long-term relationships with clients, pro-actively determining and filling their insurance needs and providing them sound advice with high quality, tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs.
This Customer Service Insurance Agent position is a full time/onsite role working out of our Ashcroft branch, working a rotating schedule of Monday-Friday and Tuesday-Saturday.
What you'll do:
As a Customer Service Insurance Agent, you’ll be the friendly face that helps our clients protect what matters most. From ICBC Autoplan to personal insurance, you’ll guide clients through their options, answer questions, and make sure they leave with peace of mind.
Here’s a taste of what your day might include:
- Greeting clients and helping them with their insurance needs.
- Processing ICBC transactions and renewals.
- Selling personal lines and recreational vehicle insurance.
- Supporting claims and policy updates.
- Referring clients to our amazing team of specialists.
- Keeping things organized and running smoothly behind the scenes.
- Proactively manage client relationships; pursue internal opportunities, referrals, and external business growth opportunities.
- Foster business development through service excellence and product knowledge.
A little about your qualifications (Willing to Train):
Preferred (but not required):
- Level 1 Insurance License or CAIB 1
- Experience in personal lines or insurance agency work
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A passion for helping people and a positive attitude!
What we offer:

- The salary range for this position is $44,000 to $65,000. Starting salary will be based on related licensing, training and experience. This is based on a full-time complement of 35.5 hours per week.
