Full job description

Silverhill Acura is seeking a dependable and professional Administrative Clerk/Evening & Weekend (Saturday) Receptionist to support our front desk and administrative operations.

This hybrid role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with customers, managing a busy reception area and completing detailed clerical tasks accurately. The successful candidate will provide reception coverage during evening and Saturday hours and assist our Sales, Accounting and Administration teams as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and guests in a warm, professional and welcoming manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails and messages efficiently
Assist customers with general inquiries and connect them with the appropriate department or team member
Maintain the cleanliness and professional presentation of the reception desk, client lounge and surrounding areas
Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, scanning, filing and document management
Assist with cash reconciliation and other routine administrative or accounting-related tasks
Provide administrative support to the Sales, Accounting and Administration teams
Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information appropriately
Assist with additional reception and administrative duties as required

Qualifications

Previous reception, administrative or customer-service experience is preferred
Automotive dealership experience is considered a strong asset
Cash-handling or cash-reconciliation experience is an asset
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional phone etiquette and a customer-focused approach
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows and Google Workspace
Experience with CDK or One-Eighty is an asset
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy dealership environment
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
Consistent availability for all scheduled evening and Saturday shifts

Work Schedule

Monday to Thursday evenings
Saturdays
Exact shift times will be discussed with the successful candidate
This is a permanent, in-person position
