Location: This position is based in Calgary, Alberta. This is a field-based position.
Hours: Full-Time Monday-Friday, 40-hours per week.

Position Overview: As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch drywall finishing services in our new Edmonton division. The successful candidate will bring a commitment to quality, a positive attitude and the ability to efficiently operate machine tools for applying mud.
Responsibilities:
- Apply and finish drywall Joints and corners with precision.
- Operate and maintain drywall finishing tools, including the bazooka, to ensure optimal performance.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
- Execute tasks with a focus on safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
- Travel to various job sites within the Calgary & area region.
Requirements:
- Experience in Drywall and/or Construction Industry is considered an asset, but not mandatory.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation is mandatory.
- Willingness to learn and participate in mentorship and on the job training
- Teamwork skills. The ability to take direction and work effectively alongside a team to achieve solutions.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently without supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide and receive constructive advice and feedback.

- Ability to innovate and look outside to the box for creative solutions to address business issues.
- Understanding basic financial concepts to understand how GWI ensures it is profitable.
Minimum Physical Requirements:
- Capable of working on-site, standing for a full 8-hour shift
- Comfortable with climbing scaffolds, ladders, wearing stilts and working on heights Bend, stoop, reach, lift
- Move and carry construction materials and equipment more than 25 kgs
- Overtime as required
- Walking on uneven terrain
- Working overhead
